- AI mandates are emerging: 70% of teams now mandate AI use internally, while expectations for outside counsel remain less defined
- Top adoption priorities: 40% are focused on automation, while 30% are still prioritizing broader AI adoption
- AI wins (and where it’s falling short): 50% report improved efficiency, but 25% haven’t seen measurable impact yet
- The current state of ROI: many teams are seeing qualitative gains but struggling to quantify value
