Unfortunately, we do not have that planned right now. I am a Microsoft Entourage user on the Mac so I understand the want. Even though Apple is steadily gaining market share generally, they are not moving so fast to displace Windows in business and it looks as though even Linux is growing faster than OS X as an OS in enterprise use.
I think we have done the next best thing, though. Each project created in Onit gets it's own e-mail address. So you can "forward" or "e-mail" anything to a project that you want to become part of the permanent project record. E-mail conversations become Notes & documents get placed into your Documents section.
Let us know how this works for you.
p.s. We should roll out the project e-mail view early this week. Right now, you can't view the Project's address. When it rolls out, you will see the e-mail address in the Project description header.

You can now view the project e-mail address on the project page in the header. You can forward anything to that e-mail address.
Right now formatting is a little goofy, but that should be fixed soon. -
