What are a team member's rights (or privileges) within my projects?
If I add a "team member," does that individual have access to all my projects? Or, can I add a team member to one project (or specified projects) only.

1Steven,
If you invite a team member, they only have access to the information in that ONE project. They do not have access to all of your projects. Once you invite a team member to a project, they can view all the information in the project (notes, documents, updates, etc.).

Finell November 16, 2010 22:04Thanks, that is the answer I was hoping for. Project-by-project permissions is an important feature for legal projects. For example, a client's accountant or in-house counsel may be on the "team" for that client's cases, but obviously should not have access to other clients' information. Given that answer, I may try to exercise Onit's collaboration features by setting up a project for a bar association committee that I chair, which has several discrete assignments and collaborates on committee reports.EditDeleteRemove
