It is taking an incredibly long time for onit pages to open up in my browser (I am in an office with standard internet access, and don't have this problem with any other site or service). If it's going to do this every time I use it (so far it has) then it's of no use to me

Our normal response time is < 500ms ( half a second).
Our performance reports don't show an issue but I did have a similar complaint yesterday. So its either a network issue or a bug.
Can your tell me what is slow. ( Login or Overview or Project Page etc.) or is it just every thing.
I will check the logs and see if anything is off.
