Email imported doc loses its name?
.I just sent an email to my project that contained an attached PDF. The PDF came over into "Documents" as I hoped, but the name given to the document in Onit appears to be a random stream of numbers. Is there a way a) for the document name to retained as it comes through email or b) to change the name of the document once it gets in. As it is, I would never be able to find out what this was if I had a ton of docs.

Jim, the documents do retain the original name, but we do add version numbers to them. I can't recreate the problem. Could you try sending this e-mail again and let me know the results. Also please try a different document type to see if you have the problem on that.

Oops. Operator error. You are right...I thought I was attaching a different document and actually attached one that had a random name in the first place! Sorry about that! -
