Dedicated email delivery problems
Messages sent to the dedicated email addresses for a project are not appearing in the project.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We had an issue with email rules about a month ago but I thought we had resolved it.
Do you have any rule setup on your email client ? if so are these the ones that are failing. What email client are you using?
I can see where some emails which are getting dropped but If you have any more information on the types of emails that are not get to the project that would be very helpful.

Ok I have confirmed the issue is a defect. We should have it resolved this week.

Gregory, sorry about the delay on this. We have been wrapped up getting some improved functionality out the door. We are looking at your issue now.

We believe we have a fix to this issue and will begin testing tomorrow. We will let you know as soon as we get it moved to production. Thanks for you patience.

We just deployed a fix for the email issue. Please let us know if you have any issues. I should note, we have noticed that under certain conditions when an email is sent to a project it appears on the new "Projects page" to come from "Anonymous". We are looking into this and hope to have it resolved next week.
