how do I add/invite an individual to the project?

I can't find this feature but I recalled it was under "people" but now I can't find it

Doug,

If you drill into a project, there is a button to add a participant on the right hand side of the screen. Click the Add button and enter an email address. The new participant will receive an invitation to the project. Let me know if you have any other questions.
